Installation is the whole business.

DSVG Facades is a facade installation and project delivery specialist, founded in 2012. We do not manufacture or supply facade systems, and we do not offer design coordination — we install curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, glazing, balustrades, steel framing systems (SFS), GRC, stone cladding, louvres and soffits that are specified and supplied by others, on site, to programme.

What we do — and what we don't

Every project in our portfolio follows the same shape: a main contractor and a facade contractor or supplier bring the package to us, and we deliver the physical installation — craning, fixing, weathering and closing out envelope systems on live construction sites in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands.

We are deliberately narrow in scope. DSVG does not manufacture facade components, does not hold stock to sell, and does not act as a design coordinator between architect and system supplier. That focus is what keeps our installation crews accountable for one thing: getting the envelope watertight, on programme, to the specification someone else designed.

Over 13 years, DSVG has installed 32 facade packages across 3 countries — Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom — for main contractors including Mace, Skanska, Vinci Construction, Lendlease, Kier and Heijmans, spanning 7 sectors from high-rise residential towers to airport terminals, hospitals and university buildings.

Our UK-delivered project value to date totals £37,400,000 across 26 projects; our Belgium and Netherlands project value totals €5,380,000 across 6 projects. These figures are kept in their original currencies rather than combined, since a summed GBP/EUR total would not be a meaningful number.

Installation, not scope creep

We do one job well. Because we don’t manufacture, supply or design-coordinate, nothing about the package gets lost between disciplines on our side of the interface.

Programme discipline

Floor-cycle and weathertight milestones are tracked against the master programme — the main contractor’s programme, not a private one of our own.

Direct accountability

Every crew on site reports through one delivery chain, so a problem gets flagged to the people who can act on it, not passed along.

Plain answers

If a package isn’t a fit for our crews, our programme, or our scope, we say so early — not after a tender has been won on the strength of a maybe.

Process, QA & health & safety

Like most facade installation contractors, a package typically includes site inductions and RAMS (risk assessments & method statements) for each work package, toolbox talks, PPE and edge-protection checks, and a formal snagging and interface sign-off at each floor or elevation.

The specifics of DSVG’s own QA and health & safety procedures — accreditations, named responsible persons, audit frequency — are pending verification and will be added once confirmed. Nothing on this page should be read as an existing certification claim.
