Project narrative
Installation of the complete façade package for the Travelodge development at Newington Causeway: unitised curtain walling craned and set panel-by-panel, terracotta rainscreen to the secondary elevations, and stick curtain walling at podium level — delivered under Skonto Plan for main contractor Neobrand Ltd.
Interfaces
Package interfaces coordinated with frame, MEP penetrations and roofing. Weathertight milestones agreed against the master programme; floor-cycle handovers recorded per level.
